Slip,?
slide,?
winter ice.
Sunday outdoors, 5K under my feet on a crisp winter day.
Monday morning, indoors, a short treadmill run.
As I move - whether running or walking - my thoughts run too.
Lately, I’ve been grappling with really big ideas.
One moment, I’m filled with conviction and self-confidence.
The next, I’m swimming in doubt, questioning my successes to date.
This is who I am?
no longer trying to be someone I’m not.
When I do that,?

even important,?
to recognize achievements and talents.
Ego?
may?
be?
the?
enemy?
but?
conviction?
confidence??
they’re essential.
How do you find the balance between humility and self-confidence?

I’m pledging money to Ottawa Salus to support their mission of providing housing and support services for adults with mental health challenges. Over the next year, I'll be hosting 52 ‘coffee and conversation’ sessions where we can connect, share ideas, and make a difference.
For each coffee, I’ll donate $20 to Ottawa Salus and invite you to match it with a donation to your preferred charity. Let’s come together for meaningful discussions that empower our communities.
