Hi All,

Please may you take two minutes out of your busy day to very kindly donate to my JustGiving page for Parkinson's? I will be running the Great North Run and all proceeds will be going to this tremendous charity .

I have chosen this charity due to a close family member who has been diagnosed with Parkinson's.
