Sound familiar? You are tired, it is getting late and you need to get dinner on the table asap?
This is a critical time because you will be tempted by processed quick solutions, something to fill a gap but really you need something nutritious!
Some advance planning like batch cooking, making one effort dinner that provides two dinners etc can help but it is also handy to have the ingredients for some meals that can be made in less than 30 mins.
Here, I have a solution for you! I have included the recipe for my turkey burgers, served on a bed of kale and fennel with a roast beetroot hummus. This is one of my most popular 20 min meals I demonstrate. If you roast the beetroot beforehand and store in the fridge you could have this dinner on the table in less than 30 mins from when you walk in the door!
