They are running out of time!

For 100 days, 139 hostages are waiting to be released. Some of them are dying.

Since Oct. 7th, I've dedicated the majority of my LinkedIn posts to one topic, the events of Oct. 7th and their aftermath. The awareness of our hostages is one of the topics I constantly write about. These are ordinary people, like you and me, who have been brutally torn from their lives 100 days ago. Some are wounded, some are critically ill and depend on prescribed medications that they haven't received. Some are babies. Some are teens and women. Some are elderly. All of them are being abused in one way or another. All of them are malnourished. All of them are waiting, for a visit from the International Committee of the Red Cross - ICRC , which didn't happen yet. Their families are waiting for a sign of life, which also hasn't been delivered yet. As the days go by, and more evidence is uncovered, fears for their well-being are growing stronger.

The elderly, the babies, the wounded ones, and the young women, who are abused in captivity. The mind can not stand these thoughts.

How long can you live on a quarter Pita a day like in the pic above?

The Hostages and Missing Families Forum has put together an impressive body of knowledge regarding their kidnapped loved ones.

The important points to remember about this, are that the hostages are not prisoners of war under international law and that the taking of hostages is a violation of international law. The taking of hostages is prohibited in international armed conflict under Article 34 of the 1949 Geneva Convention IV which also renders the act a grave breach of the Convention. It is also prohibited in non-international armed conflict under Common Article 3 to the 1949 Geneva Conventions . The 2016 Commentary of the International Committee of the Red Cross on Common Article 3 defines hostage-taking as “the seizure, detention or otherwise holding of a person (the hostage) accompanied by the threat to kill, injure or continue to detain that person in order to compel a third party to do or to abstain from doing any act as an explicit or implicit condition for the release, safety or well-being of the hostage”.

ICRC's dilemma

Many people have asked during these long 100 days, where is the International Committee of the Red Cross - ICRC in all of this. If you want to know what the ICRC has done to assist so far, you can find it here: "ICRC's Dilemma: Upholding Humanitarian Ideals Amidst Accusations of Neglect for Israeli Detainees in Gaza - A Report Raises Questions on Impartiality and Effectiveness ". You'll be amazed when you read it.

Where is the humanitarian aid going to in Gaza?

This is an excellent question. The sovereign of the Gaza Strip, its actual ruler, provides an eye-opening response, that won't leave you indifferent. By their logic, civilians' needs come second to those of #hamasisIsis terrorists.

Humanitarian Aid Seized by Force: Hamas Prioritizes Fighters Over Civilians in Gaza - Moussa Abu Marzouk Insists on Distribution to Militants First

It is hard to believe, but Hamas even kills its population including children, who try to approach the humanitarian aid trucks. One reported case, was that of a Hamas policeman shooting and killing a young Gazan man (Ahmed Burika) in Rafah as he was part of a group trying to access aid packages. Read the story here.

What more can be said about such a brutal regime?

Well, plenty as it seems from the article written by Hamza Howidy and published in Newsweek titled: "Hamas Tortured Me for Dissent. Here's What They Really Think of Palestinians". When you read this article, written by a former Gazan citizen, you begin to realize that what Israel has been saying for a long time, is in fact, true. It depicts indoctrination, the usage of all means available to support the one important "goal" which is terror. The usage of all resources available as a means to the one sacred end. The end of the State of Israel. No one describes it better .

So, it's no real surprise that the aid packages are being stolen, as well as food and medication. The civilians for Hamas are just another disposable resource to be used to further their unholy aims.

Instead of building a country and a nation, they have invested billions, over the years, in the wrong infrastructure projects . While the United Nations is assisting them to spread their false narratives.

Civilian hospitals used as terror headquarters

During the last 100 days, it was proven with evidence found, CCTV footage captured from the Hospital's cameras, and other supporting testimonies, that the hospitals in Gaza have been used as terror headquarters. The Hamas operatives hid weapons and ammunition on the premises, they had offices within the hospitals, and more. It was found that:

=> Ahmad Kahalot the director of Kamal Adwan Hospital in Gaza was a Brigadier General in Hamas since 2010 and he ran the civilian hospital.

=> Hamas used its own Ambulances to transport its terrorists and explosives, as they knew Israel would not strike them for fear of harming innocent civilians. It was also stated that Hamas did not allow actual medical use of its ambulances for the needs of the civilians.

=> UNRWA employed teachers who moonlighted as terrorists as well. These "teachers" held in their homes kidnapped Israeli children as captives.

=> Doctors who worked in the Gaza hospitals, also held kidnapped children as captives, in their own homes.

Where in the world do you have a terror group Brigadier General running a civilian hospital?

Among the facts that were discovered, it was interesting to read the view of a Muslim blogger on the narrative and situation. It's a bit of truth, by Hoda Jannat.

Hamas's ultimate goal from its charter

What have we been missing so far?

As it seems a lot. There is no way to negotiate with Hamas, and every agreement or understanding they reach is to further their interests in the short term. Peace is not a word in their vocabulary. It has been proven that the acts committed by Hamas on Oct. 7th amount to severe war crimes. In 2008, the U.N. Security Council adopted resolution 1820, which noted that: "rape and other forms of sexual violence can constitute war crimes, crimes against humanity or a constitutive act with respect to genocide".

93 days after Oct. 7th, the United Nations experts have called for full accountability for the multitude of alleged crimes committed against civilians in Israel in the 7 October attacks, and cooperation with investigators.

The allegations include grave violations of international law, such as:

?? Killings;

?? Hostage-taking;

?? Torture including sexual torture;

?? Across 22 villages;

?? Approximately 1,200 Israeli and foreign?nationals?were killed;

?? Thousands more were injured;

?? An estimated 240 adults, children, and infants were taken hostage.

These experts stated that these acts constitute gross violations of international law, amounting to war crimes which, given the number of victims and the extensive premeditation, and planning of the attacks, may also qualify as crimes against humanity. Which in plain English is genocide. Plain and simple. But who is being dragged to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) ? Not Hamas, as it is a terror organization and not a state.

This is what we are dealing with here. No more and no less. Pure, crystal clear evil.

All it takes is one simple idea
