?? Is Running Hard On YOUR Body? ??

When we Run Hard, ?? whether it's on concrete or -


if you have moved to Trails to soften the Impact on your body...


... but Now you're going Up & Downhill ~


Basically, You're just Slamming and jamming Legs & Joints into Pillows strapped to the bottoms of Your feet. ??


Due to A false sense of cushioning. ??


It Is hard on your body. ??


The best way to Run is body active springy & engaged, to Spread your toes nice and wide, ... (so a shoe with a nice wide toe box is good)


And Basically pretend that you're barefoot ??


(Barefoot is also good <3 )


?? Really, Deeply, Truly ?? connect 


with your Feet hitting the Earth,


Ask yourself (repeatedly) 'how would I be running if I were Barefoot?'


I Guarantee you will springing off of the Earth more ?


there will be an Elasticity in your legs.


Fueled by the amplified proprioception of your feet. ??


??


Space - in your joints ??


Our feet are filled with proprioceptive capacity to create the engagement of our all over musculature, ??


... through out our legs and transferring into the whole body .... ??


they gauge & create the right Elasticity, ??


Spring and Power,


Gentleness & distribution of our Weight ??


When we wrap Up Tight, in pillows (aka sneakers) -


we Lose touch with that ??


When I run, very focused on how I would be running if I were barefoot,


It's really Only every couple minutes or so -


that i feel, Yes that's it. ??


That's how I'd be running if I was barefoot.


AND It REALLY grounds You. ??


In the Forest,


Anywhere in Nature - Anywhere in the Universe Truly, ??


We have an Opportunity to make use of the Great Emotional Composter -


Our rotted, expired, fetid, ??


devoid of sweet nectar ??


Void of hydration, ?? Nourishment, ?? SAtiation ??


Feelings & Emotions, ??


Experiences ??


Get to be released.


And Life Force, ?? Spirit,


will take these Discarded remains,


Take These burdens from your heart ??


these Residue of Pure Delightful moments ??


And use them to Create a Fertile Future.


An Abundance, A forthcoming Harvest, ??.


?? So it Should feel like a Whole body practice -


You'll feel more engagement Overall,


you may find You're Running Slower,


But, Using more energy, ??


You should feel yourself bouncing off the Earth Higher. ??


You Should Feel it in your Core ??


You may find Your Gait - is Wider.
