Running the Final Mile

As most companies hit the last quarter of 2023, "What changes or trends do you anticipate in your industry, and how are you preparing for them?"

Most of the leaders I've met with lately "feel like their in the last mile of a marathon and there's still a hill to climb before the end" and they can't see past the hill. "What if you had the energy to sprint to the end?"

What if you could prepare ahead of the hill and be fit and ready for what lies ahead in 2024? and...the good news is, in spite of not being able to see "what" lies beyond the horizon you can be mentally prepared for whatever lies beyond.
