Running a business is like driving Formula 1

The world moves around you at 200 miles per hour. And you feel what it is to drive fast, the wind in your face.

It’s a sexy job title, but really difficult to do professionally. Sharp turns have consequential impacts, and you know it.

The best behind the wheel are prepared because they have conditioned their bodies and minds. The driver takes the interviews, but knows that the pit crew, the machine, and luck play a large part. If you can put it all together, you end up sitting on top of the most powerful engine ever built.

You know your competitors well, but they don’t matter until they’re in your rear view mirror. Your strategy is start in front and stay ahead.

It’s exceedingly rare to get meaningful, positive affirmation, so you cherish raising trophies and earning cash rewards.

And, pit stops? They only last 2 to 3 seconds

Yes and ... brand placement is a feature. (Could have done without the Sparco and RAI ads on the gloves! Hope they're paying you for the endorsement.)
