Well yes ,obviously you have heard RUN to get thin or fit in body ,which is apparent, but today I present you the reason for which I run …

I run for my brain . Without making it boring due to science , I’ll try to create a cute analogical explanation.

DOPAMINE , SEROTONIN and NOREPINEPHRINE are 3 hormones responsible for you feeling gooooood …like these 3 piggies

When you’re stressed ,anxious ,worried — CORTISOL (scary skeleton) is present.

When you exercise ,3 piggies come out to fight ,and you feel better 

Research has it that Exercise ,makes your

  • Mood improve instantly..If you ever are angry and pissed ,just go for a quick run..It clears head – WHY – now you know ( 3 piggies)
  • Think better -WHY – Heart beats fast – pumps more oxygen-more oxygen to brain -better functioning of brain

  • Feel calm and more resilient to stress -WHY- 3 piggies  and no Skeleton monster
  • Creative , this I feel personally enjoy. WHY- as Brain gets more oxygen -better functioning so yes more ideas!

Further yeah , indeed you loose FAT and feel great in your body , whatever you feel in mind ,you feel in body . If you do some work and are passionate about it ..I say you must RUN ,because you want to be doing your thing in more effective way! . Less time over mulling , more on creating and finding a solution .
