It all started 40 years ago. a certain Dr. Cohen and a very young Tim Noakes, were looking at fighting: Heart-disease, Obesity, Dangerous blood pressure, Diabetes, all with Running and Walking.
Run Walk for Life WINDHOEK is not a traditional running/walking club, but a wellness-based club using running and walking as its 'go to exercise'. Our approach is based on: Blood Pressure & Heart Rate measurements together with BMI, Weigh & Body Fat %. - Regular Dynamic Warm-up, Road walking/jogging and Scientific stretching. Our mantra is: HEALTH | FITNESS | FUN | COFFEE No one is too overweight, too skinny, too old or too unfit - EVERYONE IS WELCOME.
