Be open to a better you by simply running your day rather than your day running you!!! 

If you’re not a morning person like me... I totally understand. It's well known I'm not a fan of early mornings. However, I find that if I get up and start my day with a workout I actually have a more positive and productive day. I know... It sounds crazy to me too. 

Consider this: You burn more calories throughout the day. Morning workouts provide consistency. Morning exercise energizes the brain. You sleep better at night if you workout in the morning.

For me, sleep is the entire reason I don't like morning workouts. Guess what??? I actually do sleep better at night if I get up and get moving early in the morning.

Come on... Be open to a better you by simply running your day rather than your day running you!!!
