Rumania Green Technology Solutions, top of the arrow of Marelli GTS Thermal EMEA Region in terms of development prospectives for the top notch product and process knowledge, held an outstanding Townhall meeting with President Kobayashi this week.

Fantastic days of work of Global and EMEA Top Management GTS this past week in Ploiesti- Rumania. President Kobayashi san ; myself; Wada san for Global Manufacturing, Antonio Vozzolo for EMEA Region; Sugimoto san for Global Product Management and APAC Region; Giorgio Castagna for EMEA Manufacturing and Fernando Destefanis for EMEA HR Manufacturing have presenced to a Townhall event with 200+ people . A things that didn't happen since 12 years before. The result it has been a fantastic walk through the potential of this Unit , putting at the same time in evidence the capacity and high motivation of the Rumenian people . High focus on Safety first! initiative in a site that didn't witness any accident sinc 2017! A fantastic result made possible by the committment , leadership and capacity of a community that doesn't want to be secont to anybody else in the Manufacturing Community of GTS and Marelli. Standard Organization is in advanced stage of implementation as well with first beneficialfall out on the performance of the plant by radical reduction of overheads coasts and significant increase of productivity and flexibility. Great committment to close 2024 at best level possible in order to fight for a very competitive year 2025. Hard work, winning mindset, transformation leadership, development of interna talent with a special focus on Feminine leadership enhancement and strong development. Final target an healthy work environment, with an high trust rate, with results at best possible and even beyond what looks today feasible. I want to thank the Rumania Marelli GTS Community for the very good and gentle reception and in particolar Bogdan Costia - Plant manager ; and Mihai-Razvan Soare for the bombastic preparation either of the town hall, of the plant visit and of the Business Review applying the new standard developed by EMEA Region.
