I am at the 75th anniversary of SIOR in Times Square. Yesterday Rudy Giuliani addressed the conference , speaking about leadership. SIOR had asked that he refrain from speaking about politics. Giuliani mostly used examples of his campaign against crime as mayor and handling the 911 crisis. His campaign on crime is generally seen as effective, although many have expressed concern about his trampling of individual rights with stop-and-frisk.
