Ruby Recruit is live!

It is with great pride, a little bit (well quite a lot) of nervous trepidation and much excitement that I am delighted to officially launch Ruby Recruit, a career-long ambition to own and run my own HR recruitment business my way. I'm founding Ruby Recruit on the principals that I believe will always provide the right outcome every time, outstanding service, clear and honest communications, hard work, and a well-trained eye for talent that’s right for your business. 

Amongst all the technology, marketing, legal and finance meetings to make sure I do this right, there have been a few rare moments to sit back and reflect on why I’m doing this. The reasons are quite simple; flexibility, self-sufficiency, personal learning and development, to carry on helping others, and the chance to tell my own story!  

Finally, this is the perfect opportunity to thank all those people who have helped, advised, listened and supported me over the past 8 weeks to make this little dream a reality, thank you, you know who you are! 

So, here’s to new experiences, continued learning, and meeting Auckland's outstanding HR talent in the coming weeks, months, and fingers crossed, years to come!
