Ruaha National Park.
Ruaha National Park is referred to as the "huge hidden secret park" because of its?wild and unspoiled nature,?which attracts more tourists.
The park includes Usangu Game Reserve and is located in the transition zones, where southern, eastern, and western African species of flora and fauna overlap as a result of a variety of animals, wildlife, and vegetation.
According to the Ruaha Carnivore Project (2009), showed that the park is home to 10% of the African lion’s population also about 200 cheetahs, more than 571 species of bird have been identified in the park, and 14,000 Tanzania major elephants. The Great Ruaha River attracts many animals in the dry season which starts from the end of June to November.

Ruaha is 625km from Dar es Salaam and it takes about 9hrs?drive to reach the park, 130km from Iringa, and 696.2km from Arusha.
2. By air (small aircraft):
Daily scheduled flights fly into Ruaha, arrival time will depend on the routes, but it takes?about 1 hour and 30 minutes to reach the park.?

2. Ruaha Jongomero.
You need to be at the airport 1 hour for check-in before the flight time and note that passengers are limited to 15 Kilos of luggage.

Game drive.
