RTM Reflections: Exploring Our Collaborative Professional Partnerships
Among our business development strategies at RTM Engineering Consultants is seeking partners who not only value our technical expertise but share our organization’s professional values.
We call them CORE values, and they provide the foundation for successful service partnerships that enable us to help buildings, businesses, and the people working inside them, work better.
Last year we showcased RTM's work with two key partners: Legat Architects and design firm, Ware Malcomb . Over the course of several episodes featured on our Beyond Engineering podcast and YouTube channel, we reflected on the ways these collaborative relationships empower RTM engineers to make both local and global impacts.
As a member of RTM’s Business Development team, my passion lies within cultivating lasting relationships across all areas of the A/E/C industry and having the opportunity to realize some the positive impacts this industry can have in our local communities and beyond. That’s why I’d like to share this series of episodes we released in 2023, featuring some of our design partners.
