1)????Introduction of Chisel

Chisel is a metal tool with a sharpened edge at one end, used to chip, carve or cut the solid material.

Chiseling involves forcing the sharp edge into some material to cut it.

In Rock Breaker, we use a chisel to break the rock.

2)????Different Types of Chisels

Conical and Moil Type:

Blunt chisel has an excellent energy transmission. Demolition due to impact breaking. Primary breaking in lightly Cracked rock or secondary breaking to break the oversize rock.

Wedge Type:

The wedge chisel has good penetration and an excellent wedge effect. General demolition through cutting action. Primary breaking in heavily Cracked rock.

Blunt Type:

Conical and Moil chisel has excellent penetration and a good wedge effect. Primary breaking in lightly Cracked or monolithic rock.
