RSA 2023 is over - a short recap

Today is my first normal business day after one week at RSA Conference 2023. The last week was a real blast! My colleagues and me attended a lot of conference sessions enjoyed vast number of exhibitors at the expo.

My three top takeaways are

• AI will change our future. We all know that already, but this year more and more threat actors will use AI for social engineering attacks and the race between offense and defense will be really exciting.
• Cyber Security needs to be part of the company culture. But this should not only be a word on a piece of paper. It will be crucial to get a cyber security thinking organisation, where everyone contributes!
• Commandline / Powershell, Obfuscation and the usage of system services are still the most used techniques from adversaries

It was so great being part of this conference.I had the time to exchange with like minded people and colleagues and organised some follow up calls in the next weeks.
