London International Shipping Week. The must-attend global maritime event. #LISW25 15th - 19th September 2025
With 193 days to go before the start of London International Shipping Week 2025 (#LISW25), the excitement is growing as more key events are added to the calendar and more sponsors, supporting organisations and charities come on board to celebrate what will be the busiest LISW to date.?
Today in London, Llewellyn Bankes-Hughes, Co-founder and organiser of LISW, had the honour of presenting?the latest LISW25 developments to HRH Princess Anne, the Princess Royal, during the Maritime UK (MUK) National Council Meeting which she chaired as MUK's Patron. Her ongoing support underscores the vital role LISW plays in shaping the future of the maritime sector.
Among the key developments are the addition of an LISW25 golf tournament to be held at championship course The Grove; a Bunker Party for up to 600 invited bunker industry players; two days of in-depth industry presentations at London Talks Live; and the Global Hub at County Hall, which will host a number of government level and top industry delegations from key international maritime hubs from Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the Americas.?
A host of well established flagship events will also be taking place during #LISW25, including the Market Open Ceremony at the London Stock Exchange; the HM Government Reception at Mansion House; the Charterer Reception; the #LISW25 Headline Conference and Rooftop Reception at the London headquarters of the International Maritime Organization; and the spectacular #LISW25 black tie Gala Dinner at Evolution London.?
In addition, there are expected to be as many as 350 other events, ranging from conferences and seminars, lunches and dinners, receptions and parties, one to one meetings and international delegations, and a host of outdoor and waterborne networking activities. It will be a very full week!
