Leadership doesn't happen in vaccuum. Leaders learn from leaders. Some leaders evolve as a leader from the circumstance. Learning from others is still a valid route to leadership

Leader leader- These type of leaders work closely to a recognized leader and their leaders get influenced by them. They strengthen the leader.

Folllower Leader - Follower leaders are leader who imitate their leaders and their concepts of leading

Challenger Leader - This is a special kind of leaders who work closely to a recognized leader and they constantly challenge them as a result they become leaders of their own kind.
