STAR is an organisation who work with platforms to try to make the transfer process quicker and less onerous for clients.?It drives a vital piece of industry work that has defined and shaped a set of recognised industry-wide standards to promote good practice. An early signatory, Rathbones Asset Management has collaborated with STAR to:
– Help them define good practice service level agreements for processes
– Help them measure and shape performance against those service level agreements
– Help define the terms by which MI will be shared between participants
