The Fundraising Magic Possible with Crowdfunder UK
Earlier this month we brought together a number of large national charities to hear directly from Oxfam about their recent groundbreaking Glastonbury prize draw? in aid of the Turkey/Syria earthquake.?
It was an insightful and thought provoking event that stimulated many innovative and inspiring fundraising ideas amongst our charity attendees. We’ve summarised the exclusive Q&A with Oxfam in a blog which you can check out here.
With such an area of ideas stimulated, we are looking forward to seeing more national charities using the Crowdfunder UK platform to support their fundraising efforts and take the opportunity to get creative with incentivised giving.

New Perspectives Webinar on Impact Measurement?
We recently hosted an exciting webinar that brought together purposed-based businesses and charities to delve into the complex world of Impact Measurement.?
One of our esteemed guest speakers was? Dr. Colin Habberton from our partner organisation, Relativ. With his vast expertise in this field, Colin presented the crucial aspects to consider when setting impact goals and outlined how to measure them effectively. The knowledge he shared with attendees provided plenty of food for thought and helped to encourage participants to explore new ideas and perspectives on how to measure the impact of their organisation.
If you are interested in learning more about impact measurement, we've got you covered. You can watch the recorded video of the entire event by clicking here.?
If you have specific questions related to your own organisation's impact, we encourage you to reach out to our friendly team by emailing [email protected].?We believe that together our organisations can create a positive and lasting impact for future generations. Let's continue the dialogue and work towards a better future together.
To help organisations determine where they are in their impact journey and what needs to be done, we’ve created a short quiz. Check it out here.

Our LinkedIn Live Series
Ethical Good have started hosting Linkedin Live sessions to discuss important themes and changing trends in the world of purpose and impact. We’ve had two very exciting ‘New Perspectives for Good’ LinkedIn Live sessions so far,? you’ll find a quick recap below. To avoid missing the next one, connect with our M.D Duncan Parker.
A Fireside Chat about Impact: The sustainability revolution should be a real consideration for all businesses in today’s climate, and with the purpose-led economy here to stay, businesses have a responsibility to keep up! If you want to keep your finger on the pulse of this hot topic, check out the recording of our ‘Fireside chat about Impact’ with Simon Ellis (Co-founder of Planet Marketing, a sustainability focused marketing agency in London), and our M.D., Duncan Parker. Check out the full blog and footage here.?
The Future of Work: A lasting impact of COVID-19 has been the shift towards remote work and huge changes in work culture. Through a discussion with Alex Lloyd Davies (The Wheelhouse) and Ed Walker (Fika) we? explored the role of coworking spaces and socially conscious catering in fostering community to develop the future of work in a positive way. We reflected that we must also not forget the role that human connection, sustainability and flexibility play in creating intentionally positive work. Review the full blog and footage here.?
Our next Linkedin live will be focussing on the growth of sustainable businesses. We hope to see you there!
Meet the team
The Ethical Good team are close knit, hard working and busy, but we recently reflected on our own learnings from our Future of Work, LinkedIn Live session and decided to block out some time in our diaries for some fun team building activities!?
We kicked things off with a game of crazy golf at Junkyard Golf in Shoreditch, (we won't talk about who won!) Then we headed out for Tapas to unwind after a busy day of hosting two events back to back!?
It gave us a well earnt chance to reflect on the work that we do and to realise that we shouldn't underestimate the positive effects of having some screen-free, face-to–face time with colleagues.
Our next event
Sign-up for our next webinar in the New Perspectives Series where we will be looking at Theory of Change, and how you can turn your impact goals into a clear roadmap that will help you plan effectively for the future and keep your team focussed.
