Rotary kiln systems for gypsum, made by IPS Makina, are designed in accordance with the desired capacity considering customer satisfaction.
In our designs, the machines to be used are determined and designed by taking into account our customer's land location, capacity requirement, grain size and structure.
In its use in the gypsum industry, gypsum, which is defined as base gypsum, is obtained by reducing the available crystal water content (18-20%) in the gypsum stone reduced to a certain grain size to the desired moisture content (4-6%).
The combustion chamber consists of two walls – inner wall and outer wall. The inner wall is assembled with 80 Alumina refractory firebricks to withstand up to 1300 °C.
Runs with Rotary cup type burner chosen fuel type (natural gaz, LPG, LNG, Diesel, Fuel oil).
IPS Makina, with its experience in the gypsum industry and its long R&D work, determined ?a maximum curtain that is achieved through engineering the flight design and pattern of rotary kiln.
Achieved material curtain assures the increase of kiln performance in gypsum calcination than the other rotary kilns with traditional flight design.
Our studies showed that the increase in kiln performance is not directly depends on its size.
