A $30 million boutique hotel is planned for Canton Street, near restaurants and shops in historic downtown Roswell, Georgia.?The 125 guest room Chambray Hotel would start construction in May 2024.?The five-story hotel would be located at the intersection of Alpharetta Highway and Fraser Street, just north of the Southern Post mixed-use project.??The hotel would include a rooftop restaurant, 24-hour market and valet services.?Swinerton is the project general contractor.?The developer is a joint venture of DSM Real Estate Partners and GarageCap.?Indigo Road Hospitality Group would manage the hotel that would be branded as a JDV by Hyatt.?Matt Michell Design is the project Architect.???
