Ross Video Senior Management Meetings might be a little Unusual

I might be wrong, but our weekly Senior Management meetings may have some UNUSUAL TWISTS compared to other large companies.
They start conventionally, with the standard monthly stats and stories behind anticipated orders, shipments, profits, cash in the bank, big deals ongoing, etc.
The rest of the meeting is completely different every week. Each of our five member Executive Team emails in ANY NUMBER of issues or updates that they need resolved or feel should be more visible.
We write the topics onto a whiteboard, usually completely full every week. The meeting chair, a different executive every week, goes clockwise around the table asking each member in turn to choose the next topic. We call this "SPIN THE WHEEL". It's fun, and prevents any one person from dominating the agenda order.
The meeting secretary, who is always the previous meeting's chair, records the minutes, action items, and generally gives the meeting a humorous summarizing name.
The meeting continues until ALL items are resolved. This takes 3-6 hours EVERY WEEK. It's a big time investment, but worth it.
This format connects each executive to the WHOLE business, surfaces problems, and maintains teamwork at the senior level while keeping things fun and interesting.
Same as yours?
