As an associate consultant and facilitator, Emani Richmond assists and trains leaders, teams, and organizations to develop clear communication processes and leverage their people resources to drive toward cultures of inclusion. Emani brings a background working globally within educational institutions and experiences living internationally and navigating cultures to co-create culturally competent and inclusive workplaces with clients. As a participant in Teach For America, Emani developed a grounded and action-oriented philosophy in equity-based educational initiatives and leveraging community partnerships. Recent client engagements include organizations within the medical device industry, higher education, marketing, non-profits, and clients within consumer product goods.
Emani earned a Masters in Education at Relay Graduate School of Education, a B.A. in Communication Studies from Hollins University, and a certificate in Leadership Studies from the Frank Batten School of Leadership.

Fridays@4 members came together for the first time in person during the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) Annual Meeting in Nashville, TN. Over 20+ members of the Fridays@4 community were in attendance and participated in our group dinner on Monday, August 22nd at the Nash House Spoon and Saloon. After seeing everyone for two years virtually, it was the first time many of us had met each other in person and it was fantastic.
