Rooted in China, Serve the World-DELONG ROLL

• Delong owns totally 9 melting equipments with dust control system, including 30t electric arc furnace, 45/70t LF/VD furnace, 5T, 10t and 20t medium frequency induction furnaces. Smart factory with pneumatic sample delivery, automaticaly data controlling and adjusting system; 3 ESR furnaces equipped with dust removal and argon protection supply high quality ingots for forged roll manufacturing. Delong owns daily steel smelting capacity 120 tons, daily iron smelting capacity 330 tons, and electroslag remelting capacity 35 tons. All smelting furnaces are automatically controlled by the host computer + PLC. All smelting furnaces are euipped with precise composition design and perfect refining technology.

There are 3 horizontal centrifuges euipped with dust removal system with max size φ1400×3860mm. The centrifugal casting machines can realize theintegration of spray coating, pouring and controlling the mould temperature. They are driven by hydraulic motor and operated steadily. The speed of rotation can reach 1500r/min, which can assure the technical requirement on gravity multiple accurately and best quality of working layer

The Ester-hardened Molding Sand Mixer production line euipped with dust removal and sand treatment system will minimize the consumption of molding sand and molding dust and realize environmental casting.

There are 2 host computer to control the regenerative forging furnace and 1 45MN Oil Hydraulic Pree. These euipments can ensure the adequate ratio of forging reduction and deformation for forged rolls.

There are totally 22 car-type high, medium and low temperature resistance furnaces and gas furnaces, 2 differential temperature heat treatment furnaces, 1 dual-frequency quenching machine, 2 spray quenching machine, 1 high-frequency strengthening equipment, and 2 sets of deep freezing treatment tanks. All heat treatment furnaces are controlled by computer, and the furnace temperature uniformity is <10°C, which guarantees the good uniformity of the roll hardness.

Delong Roll has more than 50 sets of machining equipment, including CNC lathes, CNC Grinding Machine, and CNC Dual-plex Milling Machine, with the machine range of Φ80×1000-Φ1600×8000mm. Machining precision can reach 0.003mm.
