2. DLR Group Continues to Grow K-12 Education Leadership in Texas

3. The Intersection of Preservation and Adaptive Reuse

4. T3 FAT Village Breaks Ground in Fort Lauderdale
The new T3 FAT Village mixed-use urban destination in Florida is taking shape. In partnership with 汉斯 and Urban Street Development , this unique redevelopment is slated for completion in late 2026. T3 FAT Village will provide 180,000-SF of Class AA creative office space with an industrial aesthetic, modern conveniences, and extensive outdoor areas. 5. Creating a Holistic Campus Vision
Exciting transformations are taking shape at Tulsa Community College in Oklahoma. In collaboration with GH2 Architects, LLC , we're optimizing resources across four campuses covering 2,000,000-SF.
