No Roof, No Front Wall, No Windows . . . . I've Sold Them All
They say that there is a buyer for everything and I think that they are right.
One house that I sold did not have a roof. Lack of maintenance and deterioration over time allowed the roof to cave in on the house. Of course, this eventually led to a flooded house with lots of mold. In spite of this severe state of dilapidation, I was able to find a buyer, who renovated this home and resold it.
Another house, which was a row house, was missing the front wall. Yes, it was missing such that you could look right into the house. This was caused primarily by the neighboring house not being maintained. Rain water would work its way over to this house, get behind the wall, and push it outward, until eventually it had to be taken down before it fell down. I found a contractor who could put up a new wall at a reasonable price and then a buyer who was willing to make the purchase. This particular buyer also decided to buy the house next door that was the cause of the problem.
There was another house that someone wanted me to sell. I asked for the keys so that I could go to the house and take pictures. He told me that there was no need. When I went to the house, I found a place that looked okay from the outside. When I looked in the front window, I saw that the second floor had caved into the first floor, which had caved into the basement. I was surprised that the house was still standing. Nonetheless , for this house, if you want to call it a house, I was able to find a buyer.
And then, there was a house without windows. Actually, the windows were still there, as in the hole, but the glass panes and framework were no longer there. Comparatively, this was an obviously easy sale.
If I can sell these nightmares, then I can sell your home.
Give me a call.
