Small business owners are the backbone of the economy and play a crucial role in creating jobs and boosting economic growth. I believe we all are aware of this! In 2023, small businesses are expected to face new challenges and opportunities, as they navigate a rapidly changing business landscape. Here are the top 10 trends I see that are likely to shape the small business landscape in 2023:

This will require small business owners to invest in new technologies and tools to manage remote employees effectively. Keep in mind, many who are operating side hustles while also in the workforce are also leveraging their autonomy to operate both often in a remote or hybrid situation especially in white collar scenarios.
