Circular Ewaste Recycler, Pfane Introduces Sandless Cement.

For years scientists and scholars have marvelled at the Colosseum in Rome and have tried discerning what makes the bricks used to build it nearly indestructible. Thousands of companies have invested millions to find a better cement mixture that would withstand thousands of years of harsh weather and still stand as a monument to ancient engineering. Well, a little company out of Romania, may have just cracked the code to Roman cement, and when you see the video, you'll understand why it's so impressive. This new (updated old) technology from Pfane makes lighter, stronger, more impact resistant bricks than ever before. But the strange and curious thing about these bricks is their complete lack of sand.

They are made with recycled material resulting from the grinding of computer circuit boards and mixed with 3 other organic compounds, meaning they are extremely environmentally friendly.

Market adoption of these cost effective "PfiBricks" (as they are called by Pfane), cut CO2 emissions from mining by up to 3 million tons per year. (just based on Pfane's current production) This amazing new technology is better, stronger and less costly than normal bricks on the market made with standard concrete, stone, water and sand.

With this remarkable new advancement, Pfane is very proud to announce that throughout 2020 Pfane Scientific has now become the worlds first 100% circular WEEE recycling company.

Meaning it fully processes, refines and creates new products from all resulting materials extracted from the waste processed within any of their facilities.

The company has made numerous beautiful masonry products from its proprietary mixture, from paver stones that last eons to roofing tiles that can bear hail storms better than clay. The options are nearly endless as to what can be made of this remarkable new solution.

In third party testing the cement produced by Pfane was rated at 188kg / um3 using a standard cement for the mixture, this means that the new material classifies as suitable for foundational structures, drivable structures and has proven that the material can be widely used in construction.
