Nestled near the lush and historic Villa Borghese in Rome, this project explores the perfect blend of modern luxury and classical Roman elegance.

An innovative project in the heart of Rome that saw the contribution of Palazzo Morelli as the reference Fit-out Company, together with IAIA Idea Art Studio in Dubai. This extraordinary flat, representing a world of its own within a larger residence, was designed for four special children, with spaces custom-designed to reflect their imagination and taste.

An apartment within an apartment: Kid-topia

Kid-topia is not just a living space but an immersive experience designed entirely around the needs of its four young inhabitants. Every room in the apartment has been thoughtfully crafted to meet the children's needs and dreams, featuring custom-made furniture, hand-crafted and enhanced by prestigious elements from renowned brands like , synonymous with uncompromising quality and style.

The synergy between creativity and craftsmanship

In this project, Palazzo Morelli had the honor of collaborating with IAIA Idea Art Studio, renowned for its innovative vision and bespoke approach to interior design. Our expertise was showcased in the provision of all custom furnishings, including upholstery, coverings, carpentry, wallpaper, and lighting, creating spaces that seamlessly blend elegance and functionality with a playful touch.

Special attention was given to the playroom, enhanced by a Fendi-designed bookshelf, adding an extra layer of exclusivity and sophistication. The synergy between our craftsmanship and the studio's creativity brought to life a unique and inspiring space, a true paradise for children, where every detail was carefully curated to reflect their personalities and imaginations.
