As the world contends with a series of global crises, building greater organisational resilience should be among the top priorities of any organization for better positioning to withstand crises. Monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) plays a critical role in building and strengthening resilience within an organization by:

This includes monitoring market trends, regulatory changes, emerging threats, and other organisational factors.
