Role Of Unconscious Mind In Sustainable Biz Growth

It took me the whole of August to come to a point where I feel comfortable enough to write this newsletter.?

A couple of external circumstances were present:

  • season of summer vacations?
  • further growth of my business
  • new development in my personal life
  • results we got for our clients

I decided not to live by the classic model of working 50 weeks/year and then taking 4 weeks of vacation.?

Instead, I work throughout the entire year while taking vacations when I need them.?

When you love what you do, I have realized this works better since every new day, challenge, signing a new client, losing a client etc is a lesson.?

You improve your mind daily.?

Nevertheless, how things can be tense you are searching for a way to resolve it.?

Life is so enjoyable just for that. It doesn`t matter how much money, cars or houses you have, how many kids you have, are you married or not.?

What I have noticed and observed with people who took vacations during August is something strange - emptiness, tension, pressure...

A pattern which became obvious - their tempo is so stressed during the year that taking a vacation is 1, or even the most important thing, they wait and seek during the year.?

Plus if you do what you don`t like even worse.?

Then instead of having a great time, chilling and relaxing they lick their wounds just to reset.?

When they come back to work they are not relaxed, but just capable enough to move forward before health issues appear.?

Imagine when you are surrounded by 80% of these types of people in your professional environment and personal social circles.?

Most people won`t speak about this. It is too painful, scary etc.?

Speaking from examples in my life and business.?

So when I became aware of this, here is what I decided to do differently:

  • accept the fact that most people in my social environment have challenges which are not my responsibility in any way
  • own my success in life in terms of mental health and social wellbeing
  • being more direct with protecting my own needs
  • saying no to people and things which cause a feeling of domination and suppression

We all have this feeling which tells us - "Hey, don`t accept that. It is not compatible with you. It will drain too much energy and time from you..."

This is your unconscious mind. Or intuition, six sense, hunch however you like to call it.?

You don`t listen to it much because there is no logical reason for supporting voices you get in your head.?

Lack of words for verbalizing specific thoughts, emotions, patterns or needs is the main reason.?

Hence you don`t realize that you may have everything that you wanted in your life already.?

Little more awareness and voila. Listening to yourself is in the long-run safest bet if you have this type of mindset.?

For example here is my life situation right now:

  • We have enough money in the bank.?
  • Systems and processes are in place to support growth.?
  • Relationships with clients are also okay.
  • My personal life is organized so that I can always find time to spend with close people and potential love partners.

Despite that, I wanted to:

  • Double our revenue target in August.
  • Further tweak systems and processes.?
  • Give even more value to clients even though it is not the right timing.
  • Meet in person even more people just to have more "dopamine rush".?

This is normal, unfortunately. We are living in times when social media online and social environment offline promotes this lifestyle.?

Because of this people like me and you who figured out things about mental health and social wellbeing feel pressure from external factors which are not my or even your responsibility.?

The best thing we can do is accept this and become stronger in our communication towards others who say one thing out loud and then think another thing in their mind.?

These questions below will help you sharpen your unconscious mind to trust yourself more in deciding what works for you. Use it whenever you feel pressure or tension from other people or external factors:

  • What Power Lies Behind This Situation Which Will Further Improve Me As A Person??
  • How Do I Feel Now When Thinking Of That Specific Person/Situation/External Factor?
  • Do I Feel That Person & Current Situation Is Supporting My Long-Term Vision?
  • What Can I Do That Makes Me Happy Right Now?

Our mind on every level is our biggest friend. Not an enemy like many gurus or so-called experts say who didn`t read anything concrete about real neuroscience.?

The best way how you can become an even better friend with your unconscious mind is by speaking with him when you hear voices from his side.?

Instead of running away or deflecting, ask him questions.?

See what answers you will get which will then show you what to do.?

Everything in Nature comes to balance eventually.?

The same thing applies to our minds.?

At some point, things come back to unity & equality in relationships.?

This is how sustainable growth is achieved.
