In any leading organization, leaders’ behaviors can influence their employees’ experience. Transformational leaders have the ability they empower their team or subordinates toward greater creativity, development, and professional engagement through their passionate behavior. Transformational leaders use idealized influence, inspired motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individual consideration to raise the importance of organizational goals, expand employee’s current needs, and get people to transcend their self-interests.

Transformational Leadership Style:

Transformational leadership is one of the trending leadership styles through which a leader always provides inspiration, motivation, and intellectual abilities to their subordinates to help them focus on higher levels of achievement, personal growth, the art of attaining difficult targets, risk management in an organization and keep an eye on internal audit of a company carefully. Innovative work behavior involves activities in which employees can develop the latest and most creative products or processes. These behaviors associate an employee’s maximum engagement with exploring various advanced opportunities, generating creative ideas, promoting and realizing those ideas, and reflecting these innovations in any business environment.

Innovative work behavior is assigned to the individual’s proactive tasks and creative work assignments; these actions must lead to the implementation of new innovative ideas, processes, or products within the organization, developing and implementing those ideas or practices that create value. In an ever-changing and competitive corporate world, the creation of innovative work behavior and helpful ideas, productive methods, goods, and facilities is significant to the existence and success of any business organization.

By identifying the leadership style that promotes innovative work behavior, organizations developed training programs that focused on the development of transformational leadership skills. Leaders who can communicate expectations clearly may motivate others, generate enthusiasm, and challenge people through sharing organizational goals and vision.

Within the business sector, that transformational style of leadership is considered an ideal leadership methodology because the leaders who belong to this style require unique specific skills and expertise to direct their followers to meet the existing market demands of the business world. Transformational leaders manifest active behaviors, which include how to conceive a sense of mission, the attainment of goals, and the vision of the organization.

Leadership plays a very dominant role in an organization. Specifically, leadership is one of the basic sources to motivate their subordinates towards the achievement of organizational objectives collectively, improve subordinate work performance, and improve employees’ job satisfaction. Transformational leadership may be visible when leaders and followers push each other towards better degrees of morals and motivation. Through the energy in their imaginative, prescient, and charismatic personalities, transformational leaders can inspire followers to change their hopes, perceptions, and motivations and work together to attain the organization’s common dreams.

Through transformational leadership organizational authorities need to be able to define and speak their imaginations and illusions as well, while subordinates ought to know the credibility of their leaders as transformational leaders who are charismatic and play a vital and strategic role in assisting the employees in the acquisition of their organizational desires. Transformational leaders should also be capable of balancing their far-future visions with those of their subordinates, attributing more importance to their needs than what may exist at present. Real leaders always positively influence the behavior of their followers because these leaders provide support for the self-determination of their followers; thus, they are more effective in enhancing the employee’s self-motivation towards their work and goals, which in turn leads to the job satisfaction of their followers. It is visible in previous business backgrounds, that transformational leaders and managers are found to influence organizations by, promoting to set higher standards of commitment in the achievement of organizational goals, generating a high level of personal commitment towards the broad vision, company’s mission, and shared organizational goals on the part of both leaders and followers and always try to motivate company’s employees to work more hard and effectively, leading to the organization to the next level of success in the business world.
