One of the best ways to study the attitudinal and behavioural responses of the participants, group discussions are more of an interaction than a conventional test. The Training and Placement Cell conducts mock group discussions to develop confidence, communication skills, teamwork (how you manage and engage fellow participants) and technical knowledge of the subject.

Technical Interview Practices

Intensive training on technical and core knowledge of all the streams is provided through special classes and the subjects are chosen from all the previous semesters and the nature of the training is like a refresher course.

CV Writing Skills: Your resume is a summation of your achievements, skills, education background etc. Most of the resumes are piled up on the HR desks and unless you make your CV stand out, they will most probably gain just a cursory glance and trashed into the bin. While some companies schedule 2-3 rounds of interviews including technical and HR interviews, a few select students on the basis of panel interview round and Skype interview. The Training and Placement Cell trains students on important interview skills related to dressing code, confidence, creativity, ability to react and respond, and handle stress.
