Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Java Developer to join our agile team at The ideal candidate will design and implement new features across various enterprise applications using Angular and Java. You will be responsible for full-stack development, ensuring high performance and scalability in an agile environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and enhance key product features in existing Angular and Java-based enterprise applications.

Work on new strategic initiatives to improve system efficiency, performance, and integration.

Participate in the entire SDLC, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

Analyze business and functional requirements to design and implement software solutions.

Engage in architectural and database design discussions to drive product direction.

Develop both frontend and backend components, ensuring seamless system interactions.

Optimize system performance and resiliency while reducing operational overhead.

Lead the delivery of components and act as a technical lead on small to mid-sized projects.

Collaborate with a geographically distributed engineering team to ensure optimal development approaches.

Design solutions for complex problems, defining interactions between system components.

Establish and promote best practices, standards, and software engineering principles.

Participate in code reviews, issue tracking, and risk assessments to ensure project success.

Occasionally act as a Team Lead and mentor junior developers.

Continuously evaluate and improve development processes and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and RESTful APIs.

Experience in full-stack development, including frontend (Angular/React) and backend (Java, Spring).

Proficiency in database design and development (SQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

Strong understanding of agile methodologies, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
