The role of ejector pins in LED LENS injection molds:
In injection mold manufacturing, ejector pins are typically used to push out the molded parts or products for easy removal from the mold. After the injection process is completed, the ejector pins push the molded parts upward so that the operator can easily extract them. This helps ensure that the molded parts can smoothly release from the mold while maintaining their integrity. Therefore, the function of ejector pins is to eject the molded parts from the mold after the injection process is finished.
Why so many ejector pins are used:
Complex product shapes: If the product has complex shapes or features such as multiple grooves or internal structures, a single ejector pin may not be able to fully eject the entire product. Therefore, multiple ejector pins are needed to ensure that the product can be completely ejected from the mold.

Large products: For large-sized products, multiple ejector pins may be required to distribute the pushing force evenly, ensuring that the product can smoothly release from the mold while reducing the possibility of stress concentration.

Production efficiency: Using multiple ejector pins can improve production efficiency. Installing multiple ejector pins in the same mold allows for simultaneous ejection of multiple products, thus shortening the production time per cycle.
