During the interview process, people think that it is hard skills that count for everything. Of course, hard skills are important for doing the job but character, values, and how well you go along with people also matter a lot.?
You must have heard about 'value-based hiring'. Yes, this is a modern concept of hiring. The interviewees often tend to overlook this, but here's a reminder to all the job seekers to demonstrate their values and tell the recruiters about themselves and who they are. Why and how different they are from others?
What do recruiters/people look at and what do interviewees often overlook/don't pay attention to?
Getting a job is not so tough, if you show your values, treat people well, respect different views, show good character, put your contribution into this world by your presence, etc.?
It is so important to have a fulfilled life and, career is one part of it. Having a fulfilled career is so important in today's busy world. Make sure that through your work, you are creating something better.?
