9 个月Such a good point you've brought for discussion!? I think many people are excided abut AI, just like they’ve been excided to hold a first cell phone or have a video call for a first time ever. I see the enormous revenue are coming to AI sector, but I don’t see AI being effective in project management. The project management is much more than tracking activities and notify people - anyone can do that! The project management is much more complex and includes market analysis, customer satisfaction, conflict resolutions, communication with the right people at the right time and so on. The AI now is no more than a new cool tool, like a drafting program created many years ago but still have not replaced an architect. Of course, AI will replace some jobs, but it will never create a team, business, or relationships, just like computers have never created a human. The project managers now can save some time by incorporating AI for a daily activities along with the other PM tools and use that time to focus on relationships and business value of the project.?What do you think of AI? Have you tried to apply it in your daily routine? I'm curious to hear where it helped you.?
