ROI Solution Dramatically Improves Schools Workflow

Mark Sheridan and Science Academy has four Ricoh MFP machines in our building. Three of the machines are utilized by over 40 staff members. Prior to the acquisition of the ROI software, staff members had to send their print jobs to a specific machine. Many times our staff had to sit and wait at the machine until it warmed up and their print job printed once it was next in the queue on the machine.

Since the installation of the ROI software, our staff have been able to print more effectively and efficiently. They now have the ability to pick up their print jobs from any machine in the building after sending the job through the ROI software. They no longer have to wait to print their job from a single designated machine thereby allowing them to spend more time focused on their students.

ROI's customer service is amazing! They were always available to answer all of my questions. I came into this project with very little knowledge of how this all worked. The ROI support team has been very patient with me and took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable with everything.

I would highly recommend the ROI software and the ROI support team!
