11 个月I agree, ROI of leadership coaching does revolve around monetary gains only. I feel the stakeholders should look into the needs of leaders, what powers should be given to them. Sometimes, instead of taking feedback from stakeholders, feedback from these leaders is more important. ROI of Leadership coaching is not just monetary gains, it should also be gauged on the basis of increased emotional intelligence. Now a days, along with the monetary value of a job, the employees also see how much respect are they getting. If the leaders can't give it, then no matter how much training you impart, it won't impact. A company with profits but with a dissatisfied work force won't last long.
