Rogers 4350 High Frequency PCB
Hello Everyone,
Today, we’re going to talk about?high frequency PCB built on RO4350B?laminates.
?
Rogers RO4350B materials are proprietary woven glass reinforced hydrocarbon/ceramics with electrical performance close to PTFE/woven glass and the manufacturability is similar to epoxy/ glass.
RO4350B PCB has a dielectric constant of 3.48 at 10 GHz, a dissipation factor of 0.0037 at 10 GHz. Low dielectric tolerance and low loss allows applications with higher operating frequencies.
?
The expansion coefficient of RO4350B PCB is similar to that of copper that allows the board exhibiting excellent dimensional stability.
?
And RO4350B boards have a Tg of >280°C (536°F) so its expansion characteristics remain stable over the entire range of circuit processing temperatures.
?
For RO4350B?PCBs, we can provide you with single sided?board, double sided?board, multi-layer board and hybrid types.?RO4350B PCBs have wide thickness. There are the standard thickness such as 10 mils, 20 mils, 30 mils, 60mils etc. and non-standard thickness such as 4?mils, 6.6?mils,13.3?mils?and 16.6?mils etc. Finished copper on PCBs is?1oz and 2oz.

Our maximum PCB size?on high frequency materials?is 400mm by 500mm, it can be a single board in the sheet and also can be different designs in this panel. Solder mask of green, black, red and yellow etc is available in house.
?
There’s immersion gold, HASL, immersion silver, immersion tin, bare copper etc. for pads plating.
?
RO4350B?laminates are often used to manufacture multi-layer PCBs. The easiest method is that multi-layer boards are built on different cores and combined through bonding ply material?--- RO4450F.
?
In order to save production cost without reducing signal loss in high frequency environment,?RO4350B?can be pressed with FR-4 epoxy glass substrates.?The high frequency material is used in signal layer and FR-4 is used in other track layers.
RO4350B PCBs can be fabricated using standard FR-4 processes at lower fabrication cost. It's well suited for volume manufacturing process and benefit from the competitively price.

OK. This concludes the episode (5). Thank you for your watching.
See you next time.
