Building a successful?career?as a modern HR/people operator in this new world of work requires curiosity, compassion, grit, learning agility, and network equity. Developing these skills while carrying the current demands of most people operator roles is exceedingly difficult.

Historically, we've relied on on-the-job training or traditional modes of learning from certifications (who are struggling to adapt their content to account for today's realities) to conferences (remember those?) to develop these skills. While the curriculum and presentations focused on learning materials, they lacked the community component that really helps make that learning?sticky?- during and beyond the events.

I felt it was time for a new method of building readiness, capability, and community for progressive people leaders - that's why I created the?Amplify Accelerator?Cohort Program.

The 3rd (Charlie) Cohort will run in October (details?here). This is a unique opportunity to invest in yourself and build the skills and network you need to lead people teams in these volatile times.

The Amplify Accelerator Cohort Programs brings together groups of practitioners for a mix of synchronous and asynchronous learning focused on core components of modern HR and people operations from DEI to people analytics.

The programs will be supported by four world-class guest instructors (see below) answering?your?questions in an intimate AMA fireside chat during the course.?

Use?Your?Learning Budget

The cost of the cohort program is $1,500 USD. Many employers will cover the cost of the cohort as professional development. Use this email?template?to request pre-approval or reimbursement. Cohort students also get lifetime access to the Amplify Accelerator community ($150 USD/year).
