Rockatek January Newsletter: A New Year, A Bold Start

Happy New Year to all our clients, partners, and friends! As we step into 2025, we’re filled with excitement and optimism for what lies ahead. This year promises to be pivotal for Rockatek, with recruits joining our growing team and exciting projects and partnerships on the horizon. We’re incredibly grateful for the trust and collaboration of our clients, and we can’t wait to see what we can accomplish together this year. Here’s a look ahead at some exciting updates:

New Clients, Stronger Partnerships The new year is off to a strong start with five new prospects. Our discussions have been productive, and we’re confident they will turn into long-term partnerships. One of our Senior Engineers began a three-month in-house placement with a valued client this month. Working directly with their team allows us to provide focused support and strengthen the partnership.

On-Site Client Meeting: A Week of Progress Last week, we hosted a full, week-long on-site meeting with one of our primary, long-standing clients. These face-to-face sessions are always a highlight for us. It’s a chance to step away from screens, dive into ongoing projects, and brainstorm new ideas for the year ahead. The review of current projects went exceptionally well, and we had energizing discussions about what’s ahead. Meetings like this reaffirm our belief that nothing beats face-to-face communication for sparking momentum. We thank our client for such a productive and insightful week!

ISO Certifications: Raising the Bar In December 2024, we passed our ISO 9001 annual audit with a perfect score, reaffirming the strength of our Quality Management System. In Q1, our focus is on environmental responsibility as we work to complete our ISO 14001 certification. These certifications reinforce our rigorous standards in every aspect of our work.

A Look Ahead… January has set a fantastic tone for the year, with exciting client opportunities, new commitments, and ambitious plans already underway. As we secure new partnerships, expand existing client relationships, and further our ISO certifications, 2025 promises to be a year of purpose and progress.
