Last year, we announced our latest innovation, ROCC Attend, designed to revolutionise and optimise the entire repairs and maintenance process. This cloud-based field service mobile solution was created in response to customer feedback, evolving market requirements and lessons learned from our existing ROCC Mobile software.
Six months later, we are delighted to share that round one of ROCC Attend was released this week. It empowers our partners—housing associations, local authorities and contractors of all sizes and budgets—with smart housing solutions.
ROCC Attend offers off-the-shelf forms to manage compliance, including LGSR and EICR forms, planned and responsive works, surveying, customer feedback and inspections. The platform is fully scalable and customisable, levelling the playing field for organisations and giving them total control over expanding, modifying, completely redeveloping and redesigning the front end to be exactly what they need.
