The company recently raised a $150 million Series B funding round co-led by SoftBank Group Corp. and Prosperity7 Ventures , with participation from Tiger Global Management and previous investors Hillhouse Investment , Sequoia China, ShangBay Capital , UpHonest Capital , AirLife Capital, LYFE Capital , 1955 Capital , and AME Cloud Ventures .
Abdera Therapeutics , a Menlo Park, California-based startup founded three years ago, is working on the development of targeted radiation drugs capable of focusing on specific tumor proteins. The company recently secured a $110 million Series B funding round led by venBio Partners, with participation from Versant Ventures , Viking Global Investors , Amplitude Ventures , Northview Ventures, adMare BioInnovations , and AbCellera . In total, the company has raised $148.3 million.
Enveda , a Boulder, Colorado-based startup established four years ago, has secured an additional $51 million to supplement the $68 million Series B funding it announced in December. The funding round was led by Kinnevik , with participation from Henry Kravis and existing investors FPV , True Ventures , Dimension , and Wireframe Ventures . Enveda Biosciences has now raised a total of $174.9 million for its platform, which assists researchers in discovering new drugs through the analysis of plants. #drugdiscovery #drugdevelopment
