Robotic surgery of diaphragmatic endometriosis
38 year woman
presenting with colorectal, bladder, ovarian and diaphragmatic endometriosis
We carried out a 2 step-procedure with 2 months interval:
1. Laparoscopic colorectal resection , bladder excision, endometriomas sclerotherapy
2. Robotic excision of the diaphragmatic endometriosis
She felt a major improvement of pain and quality of life.
The movie presents in full time the diaphragmatic procedure.

4 年Congratulations , Thanks for sharing your nice videos, I’m facing with a lot of patients in laparascopy with diaphragmatic Endometriosis and really I never resected this lesions and there wasn’t any problem yet , Is it necessary to resection this lesions? And When it’s necessary?
