This is actually a good article on the need of barriers between people and industrial robots.   However, something tells me that when someone gets hurt from an industrial robot it is probably the human's fault.   Case in point:  Watch what happens to Howard in the Big Bang Theory  Season 4 Episode 1.  It is hysterical.
