Robocash Group ESG Digest - August 2023

Here at Robocash Group, we see great significance in contributing to the well-being of our communities. In addition to charitable initiatives, we encourage our own employees to be mindful of environmental and social issues, promoting the values of ESG. The following is a digest of all our sustainable initiatives that took place in August, 2023.

S - Social

• On August 12th, we conducted a charity trip in Sri Lanka. We extended our support to the Maw Piya Sewana Children Development Center in Pannipitiya by donating essential items, including furniture, household appliances, toys, and sports equipment. Moreover, our staff organized a memorable event, treating the children at the center to delicious food and lively musical entertainment.

• On August 24, Digido Finance Corp., the Group business in the Philippines, participated in the annual nationwide event called Brigada Eskwela. As part of the initiative, our employees donated school supplies to 230 elementary school students at Malanday School in the city of Marikina, which had been affected by recent typhoons. In a further gesture of care, they also distributed snacks to the students, teachers, and volunteers who participated in the event.

G - Governance

An assessment of the impact of Robocash Group on the economy, environment, and social aspects

From May to July, we conducted an extensive survey involving various stakeholders to evaluate the influence of Robocash Group on the economy, environment, and societal aspects. This survey engaged top-level management, employees, and platform investors of the company.

The survey revealed several key areas in which the Robocash Group is already making a significant positive contribution:?

• accessibility of financial products and services, customer protection,?
• economic efficiency,?
• sufficient corporate governance,?
• human rights, ensuring decent conditions for employees (including training and security),
• operational and innovative efficiency,
• privacy and data protection.

The survey also underscored the importance of increasing awareness within our organization regarding environmental concerns and anti-corruption measures. In response, we have initiated internal training programs and created educational materials.

Furthermore, the survey highlighted a critical need for proactive and transparent communication regarding the impacts and values of our company. We recognize the significance of sharing our achievements and goals both internally and externally.

Overall, the survey helped identify key interests and develop action plans to make the company more responsible in terms of its economic, environmental, and social responsibilities.
