Roblox Studio for creating your first game [Easy Tutorial]
Today, I want to show you how to make your own Roblox Studio game with the easy steps below. Roblox is a popular game platform where you can create your own game for free to publish worldwide. Low-code or Medium-code of Lua/Luau is required, but you will understand the coding very efficiently with my steps written below.
Create your Roblox account today
Visit www.roblox.com website. Set your birthday in month/day/year order. Choose a username and choose a strong password that you'll need for future logins. Choose your gender, this will give you an automatic Roblox avatar creation for the default beginning. Later, you can change your avatar's design. Click on "Sign Up", then you may be asked to complete the "I'm not a robot" puzzle and you will receive an e-mail confirmation, check your e-mail service provider to confirm your account registration.
After the registration on the Roblox website, you can log in with your username and password.
Roblox will also ask you to trust your device for 30 days, you can choose if you are at home playing by yourself. If you are in a library or using a common computer in a public area, you may not choose that button to trust.
Log in to the Roblox website
After you log in successfully, your Roblox profile will be seen like the image below: https://www.roblox.com/users/292682123/profile
You can see the "Creations" tab on the page. By default, Roblox adds your first gaming experience by adding automatically. You can now edit this place as you wish.
On the website of Roblox, you can now see the "Create" button on the top side. Click on Create.
At this point, you need to download Roblox Studio from the Roblox website for free to your computer (Windows and MAC are okay.)
While downloading Roblox Studio, you will see an installation window. At this stage, you must make sure that you have a valid internet connection.
When the installation of Roblox Studio is completed, you can get started to create your own game.

On Roblox Studio's left pane, click on New, then click on Baseplate (or choose other pre-defined themed environments).
Well done! Your Roblox Studio is now ready to build your own and your first game! For an example here, I want to show you how to build a Zombie Combat game for you. In the scene, there will be so many Zombies available, and your objective is to eliminate those Zombies with a gun.
You can see the Toolbox bar on the left side of your Roblox Studio. Click on Search Bar and type this: "Drooling Zombie Spawner" and search. You will see Doenox named user generated this pre-defined modal, and you can drag-and-drop it into your Roblox baseplate to the right area where you want to locate it.
You will need a gun to eliminate the drooling zombie, to get the gun for the player, you need to search for the model name: "Machine Gun Spawner"
After you drag and drop the Machine Gun Spawner game object into your game area, your gaming area can be seen in the image below. Roblox Studio can alert you with a dialog window to describe the details of scripts to import, you can simply accept it for this easy step. I may describe its details in a separate article if you want, but just for now, it's good to continue.
You can see a blue button on the top section of the Roblox Studio game window to begin playing your first game. I am now providing a short video about what it looks like.
After you complete creating and testing your first Roblox Studio game, you need to save and publish your game to the Roblox website into your profile. This will allow your friends to visit your profile then your friends can find your game to play.
That's all, you are good to go! You have created your first Roblox gaming experience by yourself. Of course, this is just the beginning, you can search for the model library to get your items as a beginner creator. You can share your gaming experience's link below and I would like to play your own Roblox games!
